Government, healthcare, fintech and SaaS, one through-line.
Across more than 14 years I have designed and led digital products wherever the stakes of getting the experience right are highest: public services, health systems, financial products and enterprise software.
Most recently I was Digital Transformation & AI Manager at the Dubai Health Authority, bringing product thinking and service design to digital health. Before that I led product and design for global brands, founded my own studio and spent years building Pakistan's design and technology community.
