Experience
I was honored to participate in the Techwomen Fellowship program, where I was placed at LinkedIn. This incredible opportunity provided me with two professional mentors who shared their extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of UX culture, product management, and product design. I gained invaluable insights and a deeper understanding of the field through this unique experience.
Collaborated with product management and engineering teams to bring project vision to life by defining scope, creating wireframes, designing dashboards, and outlining user flows. Had the privilege of working with top organizations such as Al-Jazeera and A10 Networks during my tenure.
I pair customers and agents for AT&T and T-Mobile. My expertise involves transforming technical requirements into efficient design flows, wireframes, and dashboards. My role also extends to UX Research, where I develop research strategies and conduct surveys to assess customer satisfaction and measure the value proposition. I’m dedicated to providing optimal customer experiences and driving business success.
Crafting visually captivating company portfolios, intricate web designs, attention-grabbing infographics, and forward-thinking digital marketing campaigns is what I excel at.
I was instrumental in revitalizing a team as a key member of its new addition. I implemented innovative processes, reconstructed the creative division, reimagined the agency’s image through rebranding, and successfully onboarded diverse global communities to expand its reach. I effectively communicated with technical, operational, and sales teams to steer the product design and development journey.
I served as a Quality Assurance Officer with the primary objective of ensuring customer satisfaction through maintaining the quality of calls. My role involved monitoring and evaluating call interactions, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing processes to elevate the overall customer experience.
